Prices listed on our website are final and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments must be made in full before orders are processed. We accept multiple payment methods through secure gateways.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We accept returns and provide refunds for unused, undamaged products reported within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, customers must contact us within this period. Returns are subject to approval and must include the original packaging. Custom embroidery orders are non-returnable. In case of defective or incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.
